Frequently asked questions

The short answers. Still stuck? Contact us and a human will get back to you.

Playing & buying

How do I play a game?+
Everything runs right in your browser — nothing to install. Open a game from your library and it starts on the page. Your progress saves automatically to your account, so you can pick up on any device.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — June 17 never sees or stores your card details. You’ll get an email receipt for every purchase.

Refunds

Can I get a refund?+
Yes. If you bought a game in the last 3 days and haven’t really played it (under about 2 minutes), it’s refunded automatically the moment you ask. Head to Request a refund, pick the game, and tell us why.
What if I’ve played more, or it’s been longer?+
You can still send a request — it just goes to us for a quick manual look instead of clearing automatically. We’re reasonable; if something went wrong, tell us.
Why isn’t there a one-click refund button?+
Because a short game can be finished in an afternoon, automatic refunds are limited to purchases you haven’t really started. That keeps things fair for the creators — most of every sale goes to them — while still making a genuine mistake easy to undo.

Selling your games

How much do I keep as a creator?+
You keep 85% of every sale. Payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe — June 17 never sees your bank details. See Creators to get started.
When do I get paid?+
Earnings settle to your bank on a short rolling delay after each sale — long enough to cover the refund window, so a refund is never clawed back from money you’ve already withdrawn.
